Transmission swap

Does anyone know if there's a difference in the automatic transmission on a 2000 2.5 and a 2000 2.7? Thinking of buying a wrecked donor car

1997-99 and 2000-04 can be interchanged. You'll have to switch the cooling lines, they're different between the two

Thanks a bunch! The donor car has a transmission for my wife's 2.7 and a spare engine for my 2.5.
