Starting problem

Hi everyone.

I have an 02 Boxster S and have a no start issue. the car would crank but not fire, I replaced the Crankshaft Position sensor and still getting the same response. I did pull some codes,
P1275,P1119- Controlled Fuel and Air Metering
P0153,P0133- O2 sensor Circuit Slow Response Bank 2/Bank 1

When it cranks the Tach does not move.

My question is do yall think the Mass Airflow Sensor could be bad and cause the not start? I don't want to just keep buying parts guessing at the problem.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I'll step on a limb and suggest it isn't the MAF sensor. In any event... disconnect the MAF connection and try to start it.

A wiser mind soon will pipe in.

Good luck.

thanks starter986. I kinda figured the MAF would not be the cause but figured I would ask anyway.
