Fister exhaust Mod question

Is adding the two pipes to the stock exhaust is all that happens with the Fister mod..is there any internal work...Thanks Frank

No, if I recall correctly there is some half piece of perforated plate blocking the entrance of the muffler such that exhaust flow is is allowed to move freely into them for a low volume flow and then impeded at high-volume flow. The former may be my own impression but it does correlate to wide-open throttle sound not being muffled at all. Above 5000 RPM my car sounds like it's the angriest thing on the planet.

This can get a little distracting when you want to sit above 4000 for performance driving
