Post suspension alignment question

I just replaced all the suspension components in my 98 base with the exception of the front track arms. (I just forgot to order them). The car feels sooo much better (103k miles) -much more stable and smooth. I took it straight to the local shop for alignment- a tire shop, nothing special. So two things. They were able to get the front alignment dialed in perfectly, but could not quite get the back. Toe on one side os 0.006 but the other side is 0.068. He told me there might be some frame damage preventing him from getting it perfect. There is some unknown history on the car even though the title is clean. He suggested an adjustable rear track arm to solve the problem. So the question is if there is damage should I pursue fixing it, or should I try his adjustable arm suggestion?
