Stock "S" vs ROW M30 sways

I have a '02 S and am thinking of installing the M30 euro suspension package, is it worth it? Anyone know what the difference is in sway bar size, spring rates etc?

I can pick up the parts for $975 on Friday so any fast response is appreciated
