AC foam replacement bypass
 

Can anybody tell me of any potential problems with doing this instead of taking dash apart and fixing flap? Here is the post. http://986forum.com/forums/541563-post18.html This looks like it would work and should be easy and cheap to find a place to cut hose and install a manual valve that you switch from summer to winter.

It would be super easy to access a hose in the frunk area.
