Can any body tell me where this ground conductor need to connect

I believe that goes to the starter - locates under a starter mounting bolt.

This is on the left side . I have the ground to the starter that is on the right side

This is near the oil cooler for the transmission oil

Meanwhile, just connect it to any convenient grounding point on the engine? Do no harm...
