The OEM front tire diameter is 25" and that Cayman front tire is 25.4". I tried to run a 245/40/18 front once (25.7") diameter and it would not clear the front strut lower spring perch.

Even with the OEM diameter it is tight in front diameter wise (with stock struts, coilovers typically don't have as big of a lower spring perch), if the 25.4" fits it will be tight, you should test fit it to be sure.

Should be plenty of room in the back for that tire though.
