Wipers won't turn off and tail lights don't fully work
 

Ever since my tumbler too a crap and was replaced my wipers stay on and will not shut off. Also when I turn my lights on only the rear fog comes on. Brake lights and turn signals work fine. Btw the rears are new led units. I have the led relay. I replaced the stalk, wiper fuse and relay. Still nothing. I also swapped out the led relay for the turn signals and nothing changed either.

Any help with a direction would be much appreciated!
