Giller Registered User Join Date: Jul 2014 Location: Listowel, Ontario, Canada Posts: 1,120	Boxster Whine Hey guys....my Box has always had a very slight whine to it - but lately that has grown and gotten loud, at times. Don't notice it at idle - but as soon as you feed some gas, it shows up loud and proud. Power steering maybe? I can't quite figure where the sound is coming from. The sound is very similar to the youtube video below - but more pronounced as you press the accelerator, either stationary or moving.
