Funny noise comes and goes
 

Hi All,

I have a funny noise coming from I think the right hand side of my engine (2000 S). I comes and goes, it is a rattling noise almost like I am draging a plastic bottle of something under my bumper, this noise is combined with a air leak noise that is under vacuum. Any idea what it could be or where I should start trouble shooting?
