grd clearance

Might be interested but given the state of roads I travel ground clearance is an issue.

Anyone know what effect the 1.2 or 2 liter versions have on ground clearance? Didn't see this info on their web site. Thanks.

I have the 1.2 L / lowered and there are no ground clearance issues. It's well tucked in.

The group buy organizer indicates the 2 L remains above other lower components. I went with the 1.2 L when it first came out may even be one of the first installations.

The following features sold me: one piece design; largest oil volume available (at that time); and most of all the windage tray.

Nobody had the windage tray. It gives you a restricted volume of oil at the pick ups and the swirl pots return the oil below the tray

Because it is a 1 piece cnc machined pan, it has grooves cut into the bottom to aid heat dissipation, & it comes with a stainless steel internal baffle that seals better than the X-51. Adds 3/4 qt oil capacity.
