Here are a few thoughts;

You can manually raise the spoiler using the footwell switch but it will revert back to automatic operation the next time that you start the car.

One way to keep the spoiler up is to raise it manually and then disconnect the electrical connector. The downside is that you'll get an ECU fault and the spoiler light will illuminate on the dash. Some people can live with this but it drives some people crazy to see a dash light on.

Another way to keep the spoiler up is to raise it manually and then use a PIWIS or Durametric Pro (not the Enthusiast version) to disable the spoiler operation. This should keep it in the up position and you won't get a dash light. But if you ever want to revert back to normal operation, you'll have to enable the spoiler using a PIWIS or Durametric Pro again.

Another way to keep the spoiler up is to disconnect/remove the spoiler motor and mechanically pin the spoiler in the up position. If you remove the motor, it will also save some weight. You'll still have to deal with the ECU fault/spoiler light illuminated on the dash or simply ignore it.
