intermittent windshield wiper

Anyone else have trouble with the intermittent wiper adjustment knob not doing anything? Mine doesn't seem to have any effect on the speed of the wipers. Do I need a new adjustment knob? Doesn't seem like it would be hard to replace. 2003 Boxster S. Thanks.

We're here, but I can only say that I haven't had any issues/trouble with the intermittent wipers on my 2000S, so I have no info for you.
It is just an potentiometer, so I would hit it with some contact cleaner/lube and check it with an Ohm meter for function and resistance. Check the wiring, maybe a connection came loose from someone working in the console area.
