Mystery standoff and clamp

As I re-install a 2003 Boxster 3.2 engine and transmission, this unlabeled clamp showed up. I sure wish I had labeled the clamp location and purpose, because at this point it's a mystery to me. Does anyone know where it goes?

Any help here is appreciated, and any abuse deserved!:o

I'm pretty sure that's the clamp that holds the IMS bearing together.

No, I installed both of those earlier.

In all seriousness, that kinda looks like the clamp that hold the vacuum lines near the AOS. I don't see why it would be bolted in so aggressively with that mount though.

Holds the engine harness under the intake on the pass side. Bolts down to the base of the air pump valve.

I could go in there and mod the engine for a third clamp, but I already installed the first two with extra super glue on top of the Elmers, so they should be good. I think I'll go ahead and take bam914's advice (thanks bam914!) even if the other suggestions were well earned.:D

:D Hmmm... It appears a minimum of ten characeters are required to post a smiley. Does this post have ten? It appears it may. Good thing really that rule exists, or everyone may have gotten only a single smiley in reponse to the last post. Now everyone gets two. :D
