throttle body

I am still chasing a very high pictched squeal when I am driving. happens right around when I start to give gas...say going from 30-40 or 40-50 or something. Happens all the time. Thought maybe a wheel bearing but it really only happens on acceleration.

Is it possible for the throttle body to squeal...whatever it is sounds like it needs some greasr or something.

Thoughts on Throttle body squealing? Anyone ever heard of this or had this happen to them?

I am pretty sure it isnt plugs as it was doing it before and after I changed out everything and toqued to spec...

Serpentine belt or a deflection roller bearing. Remove the cover behind the seats & rev engine. If you hear the noise you may need to remove the belt & spin each roller to find the screamer. Don't forget the alternator.

If your car has a manual gearbox, look at the alternator clutch - its located within the alternator pulley and if it siezes it will sound like what you are describing.
As BYpro says above, you will have to remove the belt to access it.
