RE: 19 in wheels

Like the guy said, stick with 18's. If you're concerned about weight, shoot for a pound per inch, plus or minmus a pound. You must also consider the kind of roads and driving you do. With more wheel diameter, the less section width you normally have in your tire, leaving little margin for wheel damage from road hazards.
