			looked into the radiator blower electrical, found there's two circuits.  one for the left and the other for the right radiators.I hate "swapping", but might you swap out the fan and resistors (relays) from the right to the left?
 if the same side "blows its fuse" then most likely a loose connection.
 (motor being a power device, it will suck as much current to run.  if the wiring developed an additional resistance, the motor sees less voltage and therefore demand higher current)
