HELP - Water, Oil, Fuel Indicators after removing battery/cluster

I really hope someone can help with this and that its a simple fix...I recently disconnected the battery and unplugged the instrument cluster to install a mic in the dash.
When I pugged it all back together and reconnected the battery the dash now comes up with 4 warnings;

Failure of Outside Temperature Indicator
Failure of Oil Indicator
Failure of Fuel Level Indicator (Drive to Workshop)
Refil Washer Fluid

I know the fluid levels are all fine - is there a fuse that has gone?

Cheers in advance...
