Seat change to ones with lumbar support

Does anyone know if I can change the two way 986 seats for the fully automatic ones and have them operational? I guess I am asking if there is any need to change the electrical connections or is the electrical connection in the seat without hand operation on the slider different from the ones with hand operation. I am trying to get fully electric seats because I want the lumbar support.

A workaround for this to get get an inexpensive blood pressure cuff. Child-size will work fine. You slide the inflatable portion (the cuff) behind the seat segment with the bulb sticking out in an inconspicuous but accessible spot. Then you just pump up the cuff until you have the desired amount of lumbar support.
