2003 Boxster window question

I replaced the widow regualtors in both passenger and drivers side of my 2003 boxster. The reason I did it was the drivers side would not go down far enough to let the door close without dragging at the top. And both sides were starting to make noise not work right. So after replacing them both sides are smooth and quiet, but the drivers side still doesn't clear the top sometimes. Does anybody know the real deal on this problem. Any Idea how to fix the hang up?

Thanks all.

In regards to replacing a window regulator because the window does not come down far enough, the regulator is not necessairly the problem. I replaced mine and still had the same problem. The microswitches were all good and it turns out to be a simple adjustment for the window clearance height done by removing the rubber plugs under the bottom of the door and adjusting (clockwise many turns) the E-6 Torx screws for the window channel.
