Help - 986 hardtop installation

Picked up a hardtop for my 2000 Boxster and the spin locks. I've been able to drop the spin locks into the appropriate slots but for the life of me can't figure out how to access the holes for the securing bolts. I've had a look at pelican parts and additional photos from 101 projects but they don't show access point.
Help? Please.

This should help.

The top must be in the up position. Then, look from the rollbar out towards the softtop. The bolt is under some of the softtop mechanical parts about 4 inches into the "dark recess". You may need to shove the seatbelt out of the way.

I removed the trim panels which made it much easier to tighten the spinlock bolts.

I installed mine without removing a thing.
I used the "baggy" trick to hold the screw so it wouldn't fall off.

Thanks a lot everyone for your tips and advice.
I'm going to give it a shot tonight starting with the baggie trick and if that doesn't work then go with the trim removal on the weekend.
