Has anyone used the EVO short shift kit?

This kit intrigues me since it don't go as radical as the B&M and it includes a more robust, heim joint interface to the shift cable.

Has anyone tried it?

What, 29 views and no one has an opinion? That has to be an internet record ;)

When I started out moons ago that is what we put in because the B&M short shift was not on the market. Back then the bearings were not included but you could buy them as an extra. Then when the B&M came out we would put in the B&M with the EVO bearings, as B&M back then did not have aluminum shells on their plastic bushings. The good old days.

The shift throws are not as short with the EVO unit, which I guess some people would like because it does not take as much effort to shift as compared to the B&M.

Thanks for the feedback. I think this is the direction I will go. I'm looking to increase the precision and shorten the throw but not to the extreme since I like the relative effort in the current setup. It seems like the perfect compromise.
