Recommendations by Porsche to change engine mounts & Top strut mounts.
 

hey guys i just got my car back to my annual service and these are some of the list of recommendations:

- top struct mount +bump stops torn
- engine mounts torn needs replace
- diff seal leaking
- rear brakes worn

i will be change my engine mounts next as its making a terrible rubbing noise when turning right.

my question is,

1. do i need to change my top struct mount soon? and fix my diff seal?
2. whats better porsche oem rear brake pads or aftermarket brembos for the boxster
