Oil in Coolant, but no Coolant in Oil

So my oil cooler let go....filled the cooling system with oil. It was caught quickly and the car was shut down without overheating.

The cooler is changed, all rubber hoses changed, new rads etc etc.... car has been flushed over and over again yet we are still getting significant amounts of oil into the reservoir. When diagnosing the problem originally we checked for head gaskets, cracked heads etc and everything was good. Not sure where the oil could be coming from, any ideas?
