P0201 from Durametric

This is latest in my ongoing MAF code since my rebuild. Also shows P2611, P3311.

Car is 2002 986S, with a recently rebuilt engine, catless mid-pipes, and 987 air box. New Bosch MAF.

P0201
Porsche fault code 115 - Mass air flow sensor below limit value

P2611
Porsche fault code 356 - Multiplic. mixture adapt. lower load range B.1:

P3311
Porsche fault code 358 - Multiplic. mixture adapt. lower load range B.2:

Also has a idle variation from 650 to 800rpms. I tried to find a vacuum leak using a smoke machine to no avail. Have replaced a few worn hoses to the AOS and TBI.

Just over 500 miles on engine. Attempted to have it smogged, rejected for OBD evap and second air inop.

Any thoughts on what to do next? Thanks.
