Yes, H&R and Eibach both make springs that will lower your car in the 1.25 to 1.4" range. If you can find factory M030 springs, I believe they will lower the car 20mm.

Swapping out springs is 6-8 hours' labor and a f & r alignment. I would consider this one of the tasks better done by an independent than by a dealer.
