Well, it looks like pretty standard universal-fit (cut and shape to fit) grille mesh, which should be available from speed shops, etc. For some reason I am finding it difficult to nail down from an online source.

I bought some years ago for my Miata and found it very easy to work with. It was made by a company called G2, and I think I purchased it from (gasp) JC Whitney.

One caveat: If the stuff you buy is anodized, you will find that sand, pebbles, etc. will quickly pit the anodization and make it look shabby. I found a nifty solution by spraying the mesh with Plasti-cote before mounting it. Plasti-cote is remarkable stuff...it stays flexible and won't chip off. After about six years of daily driving my Miata, the grille still looked perfect.

Have fun with it!
