Slow third to 2nd gear change

Hello everyone I own a 1999 boxster tiptronic, and it has been in the garage for a while now to fix transmission related issues, now that it's out all my old issues are fixed and its running smoothly except that when I downshift from 3rd 2nd and I want to accelerate for example the shift takes like 2 seconds and is followed by a small bang now this was not an issue before, does anyone know what Im dealing with here?
Any comment would be much appreciated before i take it back to the shop
Thank you in advance

What is your mileage and when was the last time you changed the transmission fluid.

85k and the last time i changed the transmission fluid was like a month ago...
could this be a problem with the solenoids? do i need to replace them? if so what would they cost me and how much time will it be in the shop?
