Yes, that's consistent to my car too. But now I've finally had a situation where only one fan is on at low speed with the a/c compressor on. And I've got one fan coming on at high when I start up from cold in the morning. So I'm sure I've got a problem (or two). Going to change the series resistor this friday.

Hopefully this will give me more consistent water temp... and colder a/c
