iburyem73 Registered User Join Date: May 2011 Location: Scottsville, KY Posts: 3	Shifting Problem on my 97...NOW it revs really high I just recently bought a 97 Boxster with a 5 speed. I have had no problems until today. I very stupidly let my son drive it to prom. The gear shifter seems really sloppy or loose and will not shift into 1st, 2nd, 5th or reverse. I have 3rd and 4th. Any suggestions or help would be great as I know very little about these cars. I have always had mopars.lol Thanks again Last edited by iburyem73; 05-15-2011 at 11:41 AM.
