there are other places too online that have good prices and will beat the snot out of the dealer's prices. Just google "Mass Air Flow Sensor, Porsche Boxster"

how do i know if my car is e-gas or not

Also it seems this is a common problem will the new MAF be an updated one where it prevents this CE light from coming on

2.7 and 3.2 are e-gas. 2.5 is not. There has never been an updated air flow sensor for the 2.5. This is overed in the link.
