Diagnose strange noise
 
Hello, I recently purchased a 98 Box with 85k miles. The car runs great doesnt miss, stall, run rough, anything like that. Issue I noticed last night was that once I got the car around 65-75 there is a strange Flapping noise coming from the rear passenger area. It sounds like it would if the top were loose and air was flapping in (of course thats not it, top is very secure). But it is in the engine compartment from what I can tell, and it does not occur when I'm traveling slower than 55 or so. The sound is alarming because it sounds like the engine flapping, but there is no loss of power or no stutter in the RPM's at all. Is there anything that could possibly be causing this, or any areas I should start checking first.

The noise might be coming from one of the under body shields in the back half of the car....check for loose or missing bolts / fasteners.
