Well what you do is your choice, but I just did the 6 plugs in my car and inspected the coil packs. Did nothing with the tubes. They was no oil around them and plugs came out fine. I had two coil packs showing some plastic delamination, but the car runs fine. If I start to get mis-fires, I'll change all the coil packs at once.... and put the old ones on E-bay.
