Configuration constant with both: Maxspeed Headers & Sport Cats

Clip A: Stock Muffler

Clip B: Maxspeed Sport Muffler

The rasp is most noticeable on clip A. I've pretty much determined that the sound is coming from the sport cats. Clip B sounds better to me but I have cabin drone (not terrible though).

If I put the OEM ones back on I need to fight with getting the original O2 sensors off (they are frozen stuck).

Try PB Blaster for a day to soak in and then heat to get the old O2 sensors unstuck

Clip B sounds much better in my opinion, since it's more throaty. I think you will always have that raspy sound as long as you have the sport cats (or even cat delete). Some like it (it makes it sound more ricey, if you like that), and some don't.
