With my Pocketlogger, I can monitor:
-Throttle Position
-Intake air temp
-Calculated Load
-Fuel trim level
-the 4 O2 sensor readings
-Vehicle speed
-Engine Speed
-Coolant Temp
-Spark Timing
-Air Flow Rate

I'd imagine most non-Porsche specific OBDII readers will pull similar data.
