Does anyone know where i can find a PCM Navigation update for my 99 Boxter?!?

Ive got the PCM navigation disk that came with the car in 99 yet to say its not the best in the world... does anyone know where i can find a newer disk to update my navigation for South East America? I was gonna buy a tom tom but i would rather use the one built into my car... :ah:
