If you can do those jobs the removal of the secondary air system will be no problem. The easiest approach is to remove the intake manifolds to gain access. Then it is just a couple of bolts. It is not necessary to remove the air system components with the ROW flash, it just cleans up the engine bay. If you have to pass a visual inspection it would be best to leave everything in place.
