Tail light by DEPO to 986
 

Hi All
Just received tail LED lights by DEPO and try to check how they work connecting battery. With STOP light seems to be ok, with FOG one there is only a short flash and goes off. It happens every time I connect it, so like it needs AC or pulse current to light. I’ve check two and both work the same.
Have not connected them to the car yet so I’m nor really sure if they broken.
Any advice more than welcome. I’m not sure if send them back.
