need suggestions on extra protection at DE's

Had an interesting experience at a recent DE that is making me rethink using the Boxster in it's standard configuration--standard hoops, no BK extension or hardtop--for track day use.

Since it's used on the street I don't think a cage will cut it but am open to other suggestions for improved rollover protection.

thanks for any help.

I added the BK bar last year. I don't love it but a cage is not an option for me right now. Some groups require the BK here and others do not. Just a personal choice for me as I have been in a rollover before and didn't care for it. I am also staying with a three point belt to allow for some upper torso movement and freedom to duck if needed. Airbags are still armed. Safety is a very personal choice for every driver.

Short of going to a cage, something like the BK bar is about as good as you're going to get.
