Might try finding a pretty big version of those EZ-Out sockets, I don't think you'd have enough room to drill it out (and it's a pretty big fastener to drill out), maybe you'd have enough room to tack weld some material onto the bolt head to help get it out but I'll be honest this doesn't sound fun.
The problem is that these were badly corroded and was stuck as €%&/!

I´m stopping by autozone today to see if they have something that I may find useful.
