Alarm keeps turning on!!!

This is the 3rd time I've brought my car into the dealer for the same issue: the alarm keeps turning on.
1. My car is parked outside, it's hot and I use a sun shade that goes over the dash. However sometimes it goes off in the evening as well.
2. The dealer replaced a sensor inside the dash, cleared the trouble code and off I go.
3. The alarm goes off again 2 days ago, the dealer looks at a trouble code, shows that the sensor on the convertible latch threw a code. I guess the car thinks someone is breaking in so the alarm goes off. They keep the car overnight, makes some adjustments and off I go, 1:30PM today...
4. At 4:07PM today the alarm goes off... dealer says they'll e-mail a Porsche technician... ugh... it's sooo frustrating...

Has anyone else heard of this issue?

Alarm Issues

How much did they charge you to look at the car? I am also experiencing the same problems.

I thought if you quickly press the lock button on the remote twice, it locks the car but disables the motion sensor. I'd try that to see if it still goes off.

Dying battery that needs to be replaced also does funny things to the alarm too, won't hurt to check the voltage on it.

Well, they didn't charge me to look at the car. They replaced some internal sensors hoping that would fix it, but the alarm went off again. Luckily, I have an extended warranty so it hasn't cost me anything. At this point, I believe there is a corellation between the alarm going off and using the sun-shade on the dash. Since I stopped using the sun-shade, the alarm has not gone off.
