Tail Light Short Please help

rear fog lamps only light up on one side anyone have the same problem ?

That's the way they come from the factory

so that when you apply the brakes, there is a change of look that alerts the driver behind you that you are braking. If they both were on when the fogs were on, the braking would not show.

That's the way they are designed. .only one light so ppls don't think you are riding the brakes
