I hate to tell you this, but at 104k, you probably need a lot of suspension work all the way around. It's probably a worn control arm if I had to guess, but everything else is worn out at 104k if your car is anything like mine was at 104k.

I just spent $3,000 replacing all four struts with coilovers, wheel bearings all around, and all the control arms. Of course, I bought all the parts rebuilt or aftermarket and had an indy mechanic do it at his house to save money. The dealer would charge at least three times more.

All of these items are considered "wear items" according to Porsche and the rubber bushings they use are very soft and don't last nearly as long as most every other automotive brand on the planet with the exception of exotics.

Get it to a Porsche tech and he will tell you what's gone out. Be sure to replace the same thing on the other side when you find out what it is.

Unless it's just a loose bolt, you are in for some pricey repairs.
