Drive Light flashing and car will not start
 

Hey everyone,
I am driving a 2001 boxster and having some problems, the car was sitting for a month or two and today i went to put some gas into it. the car was driving normal and i could see the car was shifting though the gears no problem. After i got gas i head towards home and noticed that the light was stuck in D and flasing. The car is a triptronic set up and i tired put the car in park and D again and it didnt stop. I tried turning the car off and then the car wont start until 10 minutes after. What seems to be the problem?

You're gonna need to pull the codes - too many possibilities. Get an OBDII reader, they're pretty inexpensive and a good tool to have. But, if anything is ever flashing, don't run or drive the car.
