Cigarette Lighter install
 

OK, I have an existing cigarette lighter in the car, but did not have the glow unit. So I bought a whole new assembly.

How do I remove the old one? Can it be removed from the front?

I tried to use the glow unit with the existing and it heats up, but you would have to hold it in manually.

With the new one, you push it in and it stays in I guess til it pops out ready to light whatever.

Second try with the instructions on how to remove the lighter - this time using the browse button. If it does not work send me an email. I must be doing something wrong as the image should not be that big. Also when I preview the reply I do not see it. Jeff

Thanks for the picture of the lighter removal and the instructions that come with it. Will have to see if I can wrangle myself in there. Looks a bit like a contortion to get to it.
