Will a header from a 2.5 97 Box fit the 2.7( 2001-later)??
Ive heard that some headers will throw a CEL... Is there a specific brand/header type that wont trigger a CEL??
Can i still pass my local (Ca) smog check if i have headers installed??

Technically you shouldn't pass CA smog inspection unless the headers are c.a.r.b. approved.......which most aren't.

You can still pass smog IF the shop overlooks it.

Perhaps it could be one of those 'You scratch my back I scratch your back thing......funny thing about my back it's located on my.....'
