any help here

today i noticed green water comming from the front right of the car... i removed the wheel cover and its comming from a little rubber plug. It wasnt like this before it went info the service and now every week or so the temp light flashes for more water.. Porsche havent even seen it and all they wanna do is stick a new radator in.. also my wheel cover is all cracked and split right where the plug is... , something has been going on :(

do you rekon the radiator is damaged?

The radiators are plastic, once cracked they need to be replaced.

I would not try to JB weld it, due to the pressure behind it, and the volatilty of losing your motor.

It sounds like the dealer hooked it on something, hard to figure unless I could see the scene.

My 3 radiators look like aluminum metal. Plastic?

Try going to radiators.com. They have an instant, online person there that can answer your questions in real time, like in an instant messaging system. I actually just went there checking to see if the OEM radiators were in fact plastic or metal, and stumbled upon these guys. Even if they don't have the answer, they can steer you in the right direction.

Hope that helps!

The radiators are aluminum. I'm not sure what the neck on the radiators are though. I remember that my M3 had a plastic radiator neck and it was a common failure for all E36 cars by 60K miles. I believe Mercedes uses plastic necks also. I sure hope the neck on the Boxsters aren't plastic.
