Odometer stalk

The odometer stalk has snapped on my 2002 Boxster S. I tried to glue it and no luck. Porshe's fix is a new instrument cluster. Any ideas?

All you need is a new stalk - PN# 996.641.911.00 <$15. Hope this helps...

Porsche does not sell just the shaft for the knob. On your year the shaft is plastic and if you hit the knob (like with a cleaning cloth) the shaft breaks off. I believe the part number listed is for the knobs.
