Wanted: LA lawyer recommendation vs Porsche Dealership

Long story short

I purchased a late model Porsche from an LA based Porsche dealer remotely in early July.

paid cash for car, had paperwork fed-exes to me to sign.
Signed and sent back. Car was picked up via transport and delivered.

issue is that the purchase was in early July and I have yet to receive title or signed documents.

I have been contacting used car sales manager on a regular basis to little avail.

Only after leaving a message for the GM
a week ago I was told by used car sales manager that the bank was slow delivering title, but they’d email copies of the docs and fedex everything when title arrives. No email was received.

calls/email/txt to anyone at dealership at this point are not being returned.

tired of having a beautiful paperweight sitting in my garage I can’t register.

Suspect some issue is going on with title, but can’t understand why they can’t deliver on the sales documents and make the reach to communicate and help resolve the issue without requiring threats and escalations.
